The game has points where your main objective is focused on your sister as the main point where the girl you all need and the center of the game in order to progress. The game is obviously targeted for some who is attracted to incest. Beside that the other girls that you approach will be a side character. There is unfortunately nothing much different as the game is likely just a visual novel stories game like every similar one that you might already know it based on it’s approaches.
