The protagonist of Neuronaut is a miserable office worker, whose life was in constant recession. One day, resting on a bench, he is approached by a strange old man, who offers to sell him a book. He agrees, and from the man, gets a guide to astral projection. Despite his skepticism, he decides to take the plunge. Shortly after, he manages to leave his body and enter that of another man: a young student. From there, the visual novel becomes a slice of history, where the protagonist tries to live the student life for him and make the right decisions. The visual novel includes two hours of reading, four romantic characters and seven endings.
