Extensive Overview:
The game will be classified as Adult only because there will be some nudity in it (in medical exams and in romantic encounters with the characters mostly) and some harsh Language and such, however this doesn’t aim to become neither a porn game neither a sex simulator.

Meet new people
The built-in romance system allows you to hang out with dozens of characters of both genders, jog with them at the local park, play a bowling game, relax at the local spa. If you are smart enough you can even make them fall in love with you and ask them to live together, unlocking special conversations and events with them.
You won’t know if the date will go well or not, because that depends on fate (and your choices and comfort level of the other one). The more you build up your date’s confidence the more chance of success you will have.
Each character you date has a pool different characteristics (i.e. people they like/dislike, favourite foods, informations about their family or job etc.). You’ll randomly get to know a different characteristic each time a date will go well and, since they’re random, they will be different each time you play General Practitioner or load a save game.
Each patient is different
With a pool of more than 90 scripted patients also comes a random examination system!
Simply put: each time you play the exams will be different. From a pool of 60 diseases and five different patient’s archetipes (Children, Teenagers, Young Adults, Adults and Elders) you won’t get the very same situation twice!
Medical accuracy
Developed with the help of a real MD, the game features medical informations that are accurate and up-to-date. Please do not take medical informations other than for having fun in the game. If you experience some medical concern ask your doctor as soon as possible.

GAMEPLAY:
* You can visit the waiting room after Paul’s exam to manually input the patient’s ID you wish to examine. You can find patient’s ID in their Codex.
* You can now turn down Clara if you are not interested in having an affair with her during her sexual event
* Added a suggestion on how to continue the story when you skip to August 2nd by using the “Next Event” button
* Paul’s after-exam sex encounter is now available
– After the exam, if your score is high enough, you can phone Paul’s mother Judith to pursue a sexual event with her
* Selma’s after-exam sex encounter is now available
– After the exam, if your score is high enough, you can keep conversating with her to pursue a sexual event involving her boyfriend as well
* Changed some conversations with Elisa in “Our Clinic My Baby” which resulted inconsistent with some of the choices made by Rita
* Elisa will tell the Doctor he’s the father if your relationship with her is high enough, else she will tell he’s Greg’s. Before this change she told the Doctor he was his child only if they were living together, which is inconsistent.
* Skip to the update feature has been removed as it created more inconsistencies as the story gets bigger and bigger. You can use the “Skip to the event” button to play a faster game.
* If you halted Rita’s relationship after you told her about Elisa you can now phone back Rita after the paternity test to tell her about the results.
* New conversations with Rita have been added if you chose her to live with you.
* Added more conversations and sex scenes with your relative
* In order to unlock Rita’s Living Together conversations you now have to click on Rita’s portrait in the “House Choices” screen rather then the “Relax” button as you did before.
* Technicians now grant a -8 fame penalty in case of their Skill Test failure (from -20)

EXAMINATIONS:
* New exam available (#48): Selma. You can access her exam via the waiting room either by clicking on her or by typing her ID (3831971048) or by going to the Exam Room after November 12th

* If you don’t own some medical equipment needed for examinations the game will automatically have you send the patient to an external clinic to perform the test in your place. This will still grant bonuses and maluses according to the exam’s true necessity albeit in a smaller amount. To do so every exam that required medical equipment has been modified to show the new conversation. The patient will also decrease his/her trust upon you since he/she will be disappointed that you lack equipment, although you won’t lose any fame from this either.
* The Medical Board will now tell you if one particular examination was necessary or not and why. This has been removed by the exam review final part.
* Every patient will now recognize Mr. Xuan’s agreement after you met him. The only exception for that are the “Tutorial Patients” (Rita, Clara, Paul)
* An exam review screen has been added after an examination has ended. This replaces the long list of explanations that was sometimes confusing.
– End Exam’s explanations for each examination made have been deleted. The medical explanations have been replaced by a Patreon by the Medical Board.
STORY:
* What happens in St. Mary’s story arc is playable. To play the story you will need to have Rita’s story play out until she asks you about joining Jos・ for massages. That can be achieved by spending time with her whenever it’s possible.
Rita’s path has also been integrated with Elisa’s pregnancy story, so if you chose to let her know about the pregnancy she will react differently if the baby is yours or not, possibly disappearing fullly from the game, thus saying farewell to the Doctor. The possibility of the Doctor to be Elisa’s baby’s father are listed in the “GENERAL” section of this changelog but requires you to follow Elisa path since Trip to Seattle Chapter.
Claudia (your relative) story also mixes with Rita’s and after the “Netorare/Cuckold experience” she will ask you to join you at your place to discuss your mutual feelings. Beware that this part of the story is only available in Story mode and not in Vanilla Mode. Your choices in this part of the game could also cause Rita to go away from you forever.
This particular event isn’t accessible via the “Skip to the Event” feature since it’s tied to Rita’s relationship and not to a game event.
* Chapter 10 events will now start in October and not before, regardless of the sequence of story actions made by the player. Before this change inconsistencies in the game’s script could have happened, even though in very rare cases.

* Fixed an issue where asking a patient to undress caused the exam to start over again
* Fixed an issue that caused the doctor to ask female teenagers to remove more clothing than allowed (this caused a bug since this is not intended)
* Fixed an issue that prevented to examine a patient’s abdomen even if it was exposed
* Height exams are no longer selectable in Teen Exams (they were never meant to be)
GAMEPLAY:
* Our clinic, my baby story is available. To start the story just follow the investigation about the dead girl until Elisa presents herself to the clinic
– If you keep her as your girlfriend she will be available with 10 new interactions at home, by choosing “Spend some time with Elisa”
– If you leave her she will be gone for good and won’t return in the game
* An extended interview has been included when starting a new game. By asking the player a few “roleplay questions” the game will boost or decrease starting stats according to the character’s choices. You can skip this interview fullly and start with normal stats regardless.
* Starting money has increased to 5000 (from 50)
* Added Clara’s romance minigame after her exam. You need to full the exam with trust level at least at “GOOD” level to unlock this.
* The Park has been added as an available place to visit
– Going to the Park requires 20 energy
– You can jog at the park and gain 3 fitness and 3 charm for each visit
– Going to the park after Clara’s exam unlocks a date with her, if your trust level is “GOOD” or up.
* Staff Management’s daily report has been introduced and reduced to a single screen. The text showing the detail of staff’s work has been removed from the game.
* You can now choose to ask Elisa for help to find the Medical Board’s server password
* Having sex with your partner will now grant you +3 sexperience each time you accept to do it
EXAMINATIONS:
* New exam available (#45): Josh. To perform it visit the clinic after October 13th
* New exam available (#46): Emmet. To perform it visit the hospital after October 20th

STORY:

RANDOM EXAMS:
* Fixed a condition where only a few lines were used to reply to question #1 instead of every available ones
* Corrected the use of the “His” pronoun instead of “Him” in male’s random exams that was due to a wrong find/replace
* Fixed patients’ behavior to be consistent with their diseases in random examinations
* Height exam has been removed
* Revised how random examinations ask about the diagnosis. Now the correct one won’t be on the same “spot” in the choice screen and will change every time the exam is played. That way the player won’t be able to simply “guess the right position” of the correct answer but will have to actually perform the exam.
* Random exams coding has been significantly simplified. This is merely a code change and won’t affect gameplay.
* “Exam purpose” dialogue has been introduced. This dialogue will play before the examination and explains why the patient came to the clinic in the first place.
– More than 40 different “motivations” for requesting a medical exam have been included. Even those are important to correctly assess the patient’s ailment.
* Improved the quality of the image for “Dating” in the daily chooser

The patient will also decrease his/her trust upon you since he/she will be disappointed that you lack equipment, although you won’t lose any fame from this either.
* The Medical Board will now tell you if one particular examination was necessary or not and why. This has been removed by the exam review final part.
* Every patient will now recognize Mr. Xuan’s agreement after you met him. The only exception for that are the “Tutorial Patients” (Rita, Clara, Paul)
* An exam review screen has been added after an examination has ended. This replaces the long list of explanations that was sometimes confusing.
– End Exam’s explanations for each examination made have been deleted. The medical explanations have been replaced by a Patreon by the Medical Board.
STORY:
* What happens in St. Mary’s story arc is playable. To play the story you will need to have Rita’s story play out until she asks you about joining Jos・ for massages. That can be achieved by spending time with her whenever it’s possible.
Rita’s path has also been integrated with Elisa’s pregnancy story, so if you chose to let her know about the pregnancy she will react differently if the baby is yours or not, possibly disappearing fullly from the game, thus saying farewell to the Doctor. The possibility of the Doctor to be Elisa’s baby’s father are listed in the “GENERAL” section of this changelog but requires you to follow Elisa path since Trip to Seattle Chapter.
Claudia (your relative) story also mixes with Rita’s and after the “Netorare/Cuckold experience” she will ask you to join you at your place to discuss your mutual feelings. Beware that this part of the story is only available in Story mode and not in Vanilla Mode. Your choices in this part of the game could also cause Rita to go away from you forever.
This particular event isn’t accessible via the “Skip to the Event” feature since it’s tied to Rita’s relationship and not to a game event.

* An extended interview has been included when starting a new game. By asking the player a few “roleplay questions” the game will boost or decrease starting stats according to the character’s choices. You can skip this interview fullly and start with normal stats regardless.

* Added Clara’s romance minigame after her exam. You need to full the exam with trust level at least at “GOOD” level to unlock this.

An overhaul of the Main Character (The Doctor) is in progress. I switched to the new Genesis 8 model to replace the older one which was made in Genesis 2.
Some images involving The Doctor may be outdated and they still need the update to be installed, so you might experience some differences between images. That’s not a bug and will be fixed when the new ones will be ready.

– Fixed an issue in “Stay Fit” chapter that made the game not recognize if Erika is living with the player

* Fixed patients’ behavior to be consistent with their diseases in random examinations
* Height exam has been removed
* Revised how random examinations ask about the diagnosis. Now the correct one won’t be on the same “spot” in the choice screen and will change every time the exam is played. That way the player won’t be able to simply “guess the right position” of the correct answer but will have to actually perform the exam.
* Random exams coding has been significantly simplified. This is merely a code change and won’t affect gameplay.
* “Exam purpose” dialogue has been introduced. This dialogue will play before the examination and explains why the patient came to the clinic in the first place.
– More than 40 different “motivations” for requesting a medical exam have been included. Even those are important to correctly assess the patient’s ailment.
* Improved the quality of the image for “Dating” in the daily chooser
