Between customizing the environment to fit your interests, the character, and the interactions, there are plenty of settings to play with, and more to come in future updates.

Built to scale

Unlike Feraline, the code base for Wilden was built for better scalability. This means adding features and improvements is a lot less of a hassle than it was on Feraline.

If players are interested, I am fully willing to add modding to the game, for custom character skins, animations, etc. If you’re interested, please let me know, and give some examples of what kind of mods you’d like to make/see.

If a few good suggestions are made, I will add modding capability to the game.

How to Play
Unlocking scenes

Each scene is unlocked via the dialogue. If you naturally talk with the character, the dialogue will branch to unlocking different scenes

Controlling a scene

There are a few ways to control a scene. The main intended way is to click the screen (where there’s no UI or interactables), and move your mouse parallel with the penetration path.

You may also control the scene with A and D (or move the left joystick left and right). Hold for a slow movement, and tap quickly to move based on your tap speed. This allows for.. one-handed gameplay.

There’s also “auto mode”, where you can control the min and max depth, and speed of penetration, allowing for fullly autonomous penetration. A few scenes start with auto mode enabled by default, simulating Rhea controlling the scene. More depth may be added in future updates.

If you don’t like any of these controls, you can enable “Use UI slider for penetration” in the preferences section of the settings. This will add a slider at the bottom of the screen to control exactly where in the animation you want to be.

Resetting settings/starting a fresh game

There is currently no built-in way to wipe game progress, but you can do so by erasing certain parts of the game save files.

The game saves are located at “%AppData%\Godot\app_userdata\Wilden\prefs” on Windows, and “~/.local/share/Godot/app_userdata/Wilden/prefs” on Linux.”

From the prefs folder, you can delete all files to start a fresh game. This will not affect your settings.

To wipe your settings, go to the Wilden app_userdata folder, and erase Settings.cfg.

Why $3 instead of $2?

With payment processor fees, almost 50% of the $2 for the purchases went to fees, as it’s not percentage-based, it’s a flat number depending on the payment processor used, and currency used. With $3, the percentage going to fees will be much smaller.

The Wilden game is an explicit, mouse-controlled, adult computer game that you can enjoy. It features a character called Rhea with whom you engage in dialogue and unlock different sex scenes as the conversation progresses.

To play the game, you need to initiate a dialogue with the character Rhea. As the conversation progresses naturally, you will be able to unlock different sexual scenarios. You control these scenes by clicking on the screen where there are no UI or interactables, then moving your mouse parallel to the penetration path.

There are other ways to control the action too – you can use A and D keys (or move the left joystick left and right). Tapping quickly allows you to move based on your tap speed; holding down allows for a slower movement.

A feature known as auto mode lets you entirely autonomous penetration, by controlling the minimum and maximum depth, and the speed of penetration. This feature simulates Rhea in control of the scene.

If you don’t like these controls, you can enable the Use UI slider for penetration option under preferences settings. This will add a slider to the screen’s bottom, letting you control exactly where in the animation you want to be.

To start afresh or reset your game progress, you have to erase specific parts of the game save files located at %AppData%\Godot\app_userdata\Wilden\prefs on Windows and ~/.local/share/ Godot/app_userdata/Wilden/prefs on Linux. If you want to wipe only your settings, go to the Wilden app_userdata folder and erase Settings.cfg.

To enjoy the full game experience, consider making a donation of $3 or more. This cost includes payment processor fees that take almost 50% of the $2 purchases due to the flat nature of these fees, rather than percentage-based ones.
