The game is already patched. So the only thing you need to do, is use Applocale or Locale Emulator on “淫魔城脱出記.eXe” and play. The solution is to go on “System” on the top left corner of the window and then choose “Return to the main menu” or something like that. Also, another “bug”: during the game if you go inside the options and then go try to go back to the title, it will crash.
