Ricoche: A Weak JK’s Climactic Battle With Orcs [COMPLETED]

Hello again! It’s been a little over a month since the last time I released a translation, which I was not expecting. Actually, when I played through this game and decided to translate it, I thought it had less text than OOZEHAZARD. That was because when I played, I ignored a portion of the text and never realized how much of it there was. I left that section for last expecting it to be brief, and it took no less than 30 hours.
Good news, I playtested & proofread this one. It’s good I did, because there were a handful of small mistakes and (personally) displeasing sentences, feel-wise. I just played through the whole game and corrected every mistake that appeared (over about 10 hours) and changed sentences that I didn’t like. When I fulld it, I was kind of like, “Is that all?” so now I feel like I have something more to do, but I know I actually don’t.
Speaking of displeasing sentences, I reread my OOZEHAZARD translation about a week and a half ago and was so surprised. I wanted to change so much stuff I couldn’t even enjoy the game. Good that I’m better enough now to wince at it, but too bad that I’m not satisfied with it. I definitely won’t redo it though.
Anyway, the installation procedure here is the normal thing: just drag the img, js, and img folders into the game’s www folder and replace.
I kind of feel sad to leave this game. It’s probably because I spent ~150 hours with these characters and was impacted by this message (I know), and now I’m not going to be seeing them anymore. I’ll revisit it myself another time. I know I’ll remember it fondly.
