To put it simply, I’d never worked on a project with so much energy. Every day, without exception, with days that could exceed 12 hours. Because Project Ego: RPG is the result of decades of passion for RPGs and video games. They all have a story to tell. The actors/actresses you’ve seen in the photos have told me about their pasts. Over many sessions. The characters they play are largely inspired by their own lives. It’s no easy task to honor them, so I’m taking my time. All the game’s digital content has been created, but I still have a lot to do. Finishing the chapters of the main adventure, but also completing the side quests, fortunately, well under way. Then I’ll have to tackle the combat system and its interface. At the moment, I’m still hesitating whether to offer 4-character or 6-character battles. The animations need to be reworked from 0, but I’m thinking of hiring someone with more experience than me for this task. I’d like to take particular care with the combat, but I’m saving this gigantic task for later. A short paragraph on the game’s OST. As you may have noticed, some artists have agreed to join my adventure. If you missed it, here it is: As far as the various artists are concerned, the OST will be eclectic. The idea is to group a character with an artist. For example, when Rio enters the scene, a rap by BlackMau will accompany you. You may not like rap, but you’ll probably like Sahra’s songs when you’re in a scene with the main heroine (not yet revealed^^). The idea is taking shape, and I’m sure you’ll give me your opinion at the next Alpha. I’d like to end this post by thanking all the contributors and those who gave me a chance by buying Projet Ego: Erika. I like the game, and this encourages me to continue along the path I chose to follow at the start of this adventure. Projet Ego: RPG isn’t an RPG like the others, I realize, but it explores avenues that have all too rarely been explored. And if you agree, let’s explore our egos together, as sincerely as possible. t’s true that I’m still hesitating as to how the player should confront his own ego, so vast are the possibilities.
