Story
Our hero, Makibishi Kikumaru, has spent his fairly ordinary life so far in the company of his suspiciously tanuki-faced family, his younger sister and their grandfather. His life takes a turn, though, when his grandfather tragically passes away and a catgirl in weird clothes storms the funeral vigil and lets loose a hail of bullets.
At this, his tanuki-faced little sister morphs into a tanuki-eared ninja girl.
Our hero is frozen by the sudden strange sequence of events, but a beautiful woman with cat ears comes their rescue.
“My name is Touka.”
“And as for you, Makibishi—or rather, Saiga Kikumaru—I am your protector.”
Welcome to your new life, Kikumaru.
