In Milly and the Forest of Sacrifice, you play as the main character, a busty blonde elf named Milly who was offered to an evil forest as a sacrifice. She will try to escape from the forest, but many tentacles will rape her along the way. This is an exploration RPG without any combat. You just walk around the forest dungeon for the hentai scenes. There are chains you can use to move faster through the forest and find more ass scenes to watch. Milly also has erotic stats on the menu, if you want to boost her libido.

Some scenes may change slightly depending on the level of obscenity. The scenes only focus on tentacles and slimes (no humans or other monsters) and there are over thirty scenes. Walking up to a tentacle will trigger the scene to play. Once completed, you will have the option to skip the scene if you trigger it again. Even if there is no combat, some hentai scenes can cause a game to end. When you complete the game, all scenes will be unlocked in the Hall of Memories, allowing you to revisit them later if you have a little craving.
