Kozue’s Strange Journey is an RPG from Asakiyumemishi, the same developer behind Ordeal of Princess Eris. The story begins with Kozue Kato, an ordinary student who forgets some papers at school. She returns overnight to retrieve them, but on the way back, she is almost killed by black beasts. Fortunately, she is saved by a mysterious woman, named Sayuri Shirasagi. The strange happenings don’t end there either, as reports of missing persons begin to spread. Kozue and Sayuri think the Dark Beasts they encountered are involved, so the two girls team up to investigate. This game takes place in a contemporary fantasy setting and offers a classic RPG experience. Battles are turn-based and feature both a knockdown system and a bonus turn system. With the knockdown system working, successfully hitting an enemy with a hit will knock the enemy down, causing them to lose a turn. The bonus turn system will then award another turn to the character who successfully knocked it down.
