Dr. Sugimoto’s Lecherous Treatment (杉本女医の淫乱痴療 Sugimoto Joi No Inran Chiryō, eng. Female Doctor Sugimoto’s Lecherous Treatment) is the eleventh UMEMARO 3D release and tenth mini-movie collection, released on December 24 (Christmas Eve), 2010. Featuring Shoko Sugimoto in her second headlining role, it is the first UMEMARO 3D release to not introduce a single new character, coming two years after Twin Succubus’s record-setting five new characters. Chara :Shoko Sugimoto, Shinnosuke Nakata [second death], Mimi Minami [cameo].

Synopsis: Shoko is treating a patient (whose identity is deliberately hidden for the majority of the game) brought to her by Miyuki Kageyama, complaining of a headache. She treats him through the tried-and-true manner of sex, beginning with a blowjob, moving on to a titjob, and eventually full-blown sex in a variety of positions. When the patient climaxes, Shoko lies back on the bed, satisfied. However, the patient stands up as a sigil appears on his chest, and his penis splits vertically into two.
